The whole Hollywood Orchestra in Ableton Live 12!

This is a template for use with the entire Hollywood Orchestra Opus Edition by EastWest, utilizing its keyswitch instrument patches where applicable. All 108 available instruments are assigned to their own MIDI tracks, ready for recording with the click of a button, and sorted into their respective instrument groups, which also act as your section stems.

While the default template version has several instances of EastWest Opus set up, a version for Vienna Ensemble Pro users and a VEP7 server project are also included. The latter comes with a strong recommendation, especially for a library as massive as Hollywood Orchestra, and will grant you a massive workflow speed-up. In addition, all instruments have been pre-purged to cut down on loading time and initial memory load as much as possible.

To top it off and provide you with a super easy way to control and record your keyswitches - and see instrument ranges at a glance - each MIDI track has an fully configured instance of Articulate (available separately, not required) assigned. The Opus instances have all 762 included articulations activated and cleaned up where overlaps existed in the default patches, giving you nothing to worry about - all you need to do is load up the template and start making music!

Requirements:

This template has been created for use with Ableton Live 12.
EastWest Opus has to be installed on your PC, configured to utilize 16 MIDI inputs and at least 16 plugin stereo outputs.
The newest version of EastWest Hollywood Orchestra Opus Edition library has to be installed on your PC or server.
The included Opus user patches should be put into your "00 User Patches" folder in Opus to correctly load the instruments, otherwise Opus may report missing instruments.
If you wish to use the VEP7 version of the template, either on a server or the same PC, you'll need Vienna Ensemble Pro 7.
Both the default and the VEP7 version of the template require VST3 versions of the plugins.
If you wish to use Articulate keyswitches, the Articulate Max for Live device is required.
Hollywood Orchestra Opus Edition requirements apply.
For working with the entire template and all included articulations your PC should have 64 GB RAM.
The library should be running from an internal PCIe NVMe SSD for optimal performance.
